Exciting Personal Assistant opportunity for Oil & Gas company in West London

Your new company
This organisation is a leading drilling contractor with offices across the globe.

Your new role
As part of your new position, you will be providing general and PA support to multiple Senior Vice Presidents within the Corporate office in West London. Your duties will include arranging international travel for your executives including visas, travel packs and agendas as appropriate, extensive diary management across multiple time zones, full meeting management, processing expenses and more.

Handling and preparing key documentation will also be a pivotal part of the position as you will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of key business meeting documentation, which can require the utmost discretion. You will also be asked to attend and take minutes within these key meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will need to have proven experience at a senior executive support position within a global organisation, across multiple time zones. You must have excellent MS Office skills, especially Outlook & PowerPoint, knowledge of Skype for Business. You must be high organised and have a structured approach to the daily activities, with the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise your workload to ensure tight deadlines are met.

You must be able to show your understanding and experience of working with multiple demanding executives simultaneously to be considered for this position.
