About the Role

As a Technical Applications Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between sales, production, and customers, ensuring orders are technically accurate, commercially viable, and delivered efficiently. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to multiple departments, a chance to work with complex products, and clear pathways for career progression into Applications Engineering.

Main responsibilities

* Review incoming customer orders for technical accuracy and commercial viability

* Support creation of technical proposals, drawings, and cost calculations

* Upload detailed order information into internal systems and issue confirmations

* Liaise with customers to resolve queries and secure drawing approvals

* Provide documentation and support to production, testing, and compliance teams

* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, product guides, and workflows

* Participate in hands-on product testing where required

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Key requirements

* 1-3 years' commercial experience in a technical, applications, internal support, or similar role

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Proficient in Excel and IT systems; experience with CRM systems advantageous

* Degree in Engineering, Technical, or STEM-related field preferred

* Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn with a focus on career progression
