Job Description

Our Sales Support Administrator provides clerical support to the sales team. This position will perform a number of duties focusing on coordinating sales team activities through to ensuring client satisfaction. Activities will include but not be limited to: tracking sales through reporting, intake of leads and assigning to salespersons, scheduling appointments and follow up, typing proposals and work orders, filing & scanning documents, assisting with ongoing marketing activities.

Our ideal candidate is well adapted to a fast paced environment, goal oriented to match that of the sales team and have proven experience with customer service best practices. You must have great organizational skills and good energy. You will be working in a team environment with a high level of dedication.

We offer medical insurance after 90 days. 401k with matching contributions after one year, 5 days of PTO per year and 5 paid holidays after 90 days.  One week vacation after one year.
