The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Seeking a confident and supportive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work with mixed-age pupils, aged 5-16 who require additional help managing their behaviour and engagement in learning. In this role, you'll provide calm, consistent one-to-one and small-group support, implement behaviour strategies, and help create a positive, safe classroom environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEMH or behavioural needs, strong communication skills, and a patient, proactive approach. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse age range.
