A highly reputable and well-established boutique retailer specialising in premium, high-end produce is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their vibrant and fast-paced team.

The Role

The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support team development. This role requires someone confident in managing shop floor staff, liaising with suppliers, and overseeing stock control with a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Store Manager in the daily running of the store

Leading, training, and supervising shop floor staff

Ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation

Conducting regular stock takes and managing inventory levels

*

Communicating effectively with external suppliers and coordinating deliveries

*

Supporting with team rota planning and general administration

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be:

Experienced in a similar retail management or supervisory role
