We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coach to work with a leading training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners in a prison setting to build their Employment and Training Portfolios

Locations: Oakham

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (Full Time)

Your requirements are:

* Experience in providing excellent customer service, IAG/Coaching

* Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

* Demonstrate the ability to work towards the awarding body standards

* Good conflict resolution skills
