Job Description:

* Demonstrable experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including those facing mental health challenges, homelessness, and substance misuse.

* Relevant experience, knowledge, training, or professional development in areas such as mental health awareness, welfare benefits, housing support, and substance misuse.

* Sound understanding of health and safety responsibilities, including property maintenance tasks such as conducting fire alarm tests, carrying out property inspections, and reporting repairs.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively while maintaining accurate and timely records.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and confidently use ICT systems.

* A personable and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.

* Support clients with both the practical and emotional aspects of maintaining their accommodation, liaising with external agencies and support services. Ensure immediate needs are met, including access to welfare benefits, food, clothing, and healthcare, while also carrying out domestic tasks and minor repairs to maintain a clean, safe living environment.

* Operate within a structured, rolling rota of extended day shifts to ensure consistent and responsive service delivery across a 7-day period, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
