This role will be a key member of the Payroll Processing team, working closely with team managers and the head of department to ensure the successful delivery of their payroll services to hundreds of clients. With their continuous growth, they are now looking to be able to further expand their payroll department and bring in skill Payroll Executives that can demonstrate strong technical payroll knowledge whilst also building rapport with their varied client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Processing payroll runs (weekly/fortnightly/lunar/monthly) from start to finish for a diverse range of clients
• Managing auto-enrolment pension upload files and liaising with pension providers
• Resolving customer queries related to payroll and pensions.
• Handling correspondence from HMRC
• Processing new starters, leavers, and P11Ds
• Uploading new customers onto our payroll software.

Skills and Experience:

• Comprehensive end-to-end payroll experience.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy pay run periods.
• Proficiency in Excel is beneficial.
