Supervising Social Worker

Location: Birmingham

Salary: up to £38,000 + car allowance

NonStop Consulting is working with a small, family run fostering agency in the West Midlands that is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid working with a mix of office and home working.

Responsibilities:

• You will supervise a caseload of up to 7 carers throughout the Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Be involved with recruitment, training, and optional assessments

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• At least 2 years experience within a fostering service
• Up to date with current legislation
