Due to continued growth, they are recruiting a Human Factors specialist you'll get to work on meaningful and diverse projects. Every day you'll get to explore and consider the needs, abilities, and behaviours of people at the centre of the product development process.

Your work could be pivotal to the success of new technologies, products, or services. That's because you'll define, design, and lead the product development usability studies. These will inform early concepts and ensure the safety of final designs.

Crucially, you'll be entrusted to translate insights and research into meaningful design directions. Through teamwork and communication, you'll incorporate user considerations and ensure the optimum design trade-offs.

In short, this is a fantastically agile client-facing role beyond the realm of traditional Human Factors. Every step of the way, your professional development will be supported by an in-house career coach. You'll get to master and apply a broad range of skills in a diverse range of contexts. Your learning journey will never stop.


If you're a Human Factors Consultant with a track record of achievement and academic excellence, it's likely your CV will appeal to the hiring team. You'll probably have studied a degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or Psychology.

Our clients' in-depth interview process will explore how you communicate the value of your work and how you explain complex concepts in a simple way.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a collaborative, analytical, and structured approach to tackling complex technical challenges.
