Role: Labelling Compliance Coordinator
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000pa DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday Days

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful food manufacturing business based in Poole. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Labelling Compliance Coordinator to join their Technical team, focusing on the labelling & packaging.

This role is key in ensuring all product labels & packaging meet current UK, EU, and US food compliance regulations, supporting new product launches and maintaining brand consistency.

What's the job role?

Manage packaging & labelling design projects from start to finish
Ensure accurate & up-to-date ingredient, allergen, & nutritional information
Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, NPD, QA, Supply Chain) & external suppliers
Approve final artwork, checking for compliance, print quality, barcodes, & cutter guides
Maintain accurate audit-ready records of labelling approvals & updates
Provide food labelling & regulatory advice to the wider business
Work with SAP, Excel, & Access to manage product dataSkills Required?

Minimum 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of food labelling legislation (UK, EU & USA)
Proficient in SAP, Access, and Excel
Excellent attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects
