We're working with a well-established consultancy that specialises in high-end office design and fit-out projects. With a presence across multiple UK locations, they offer a full-service approach to clients undergoing office redevelopments or relocations—helping businesses reimagine how their spaces work, look, and feel. While their name may be under wraps for now, their reputation for delivering outstanding results speaks volumes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prospecting new business opportunities through a mix of outbound calls, warm leads, and campaign follow-ups.
Booking meetings and generating leads for senior sales consultants.
Managing inbound enquiries and nurturing leads through to conversion.
Building relationships with contractors and pre-qualified lead sources.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and contributing to marketing efforts.
Taking ownership of some account management responsibilities and supporting smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For:

Confidence, resilience, and a hunger to succeed in sales.
Some experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Industry knowledge in construction or office interiors is great—but not essential.
