Refrigeration Engineer

Door-to-Door Pay | 1 in 4 Rota | Supermarket Contract

We are recruiting an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a specialist engineering team delivering maintenance across retail and commercial key accounts.

This role focuses on refrigeration and HVAC plant within structured, compliance-driven environments.

The Role

*

Reactive and planned maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning and building controls, food factory equipment, general equipment, electrical, fabric repairs.

*

Working on a key supermarket contract in the region.

*

Proactive leak checks and refrigerant management

*

Updating service reports and client systems accurately

*

Maintaining van stock to improve first-time fix

*

Supporting PPM and corrective works

1 in 4 out-of-hours rota

Overtime paid at 1.5x
