Quantity Surveyor - Up to £55,000 - Central London

Our client is a leading specialist construction and refurbishment contractor covering projects within the Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential sector,

Due to continued growth they seek a Quantity Surveyor (minimum 4 years UK QS experience) to work alongside the Director and help to deliver the commercial functions within projects for the business.. UK project experience is essential and it would suit a Surveyor who has ideally worked for a subcontractor or contractor and able to provide post contract commercial activities.

Our client is seeking a career driven, excellent communicator who wants to define their career with a growing construction business delivering excellent post contract commercial work within the UK Construction market.

Daily duties

* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

* Prepare and analyse costings for tenders

* CVR's

* Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies

* Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports

* Value completed work and arrange payments
