We are seeking a proactive and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic Complex Injury team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a high-performing department handling serious, often motorcycle-related personal injury claims. You will assist in progressing and settling complex, litigated claims and play a key role in client support and case management.

Key Responsibilities As a Complex Injury Paralegal, your duties will include:

· Managing your own caseload of complex personal injury claims (predominantly RTA-related), under supervision.

· Assisting senior fee earners on high-value, multi-track cases.

· Preparing legal documents, including instructions to counsel and witness statements.

· Drafting court documents, including pleadings and applications.

· Reviewing medical evidence and liaising with expert witnesses.

· Handling pre-litigation and post-issue case progression.

· Conducting legal research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant case law.

· Communicating with clients, insurers, counsel, and third parties in a professional manner.

· Supporting junior team members and assisting with their development.

· Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.

· Accurately updating Proclaim case management system.

· Preparing for and attending conferences, hearings, and settlement meetings as required.

· Contributing to the team's overall performance targets and client service goals.

About You We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience in personal injury litigation - essential.

· Strong familiarity with Proclaim case management system - essential.

· Experience in credit hire - desirable (training can be provided).

· The ability to run files independently under some supervision.

· Strong communication and organisational skills.

· A proactive and collaborative approach to team work.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality legal work.

· IT literacy and the ability to work efficiently in a paperless environment.
