Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) are urgently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our well established, global manufacturing business in the heart of Halesowen.

Shifts:

* 05:30 - 13:30 / 13:30 - 21:30

* Monday to Friday

* Rotating shifts

Role: As a Team Leader, you will:

* Supervise the section team to ensure all tasks are performed safely, following company health and safety procedures.

* Ensure everyone wears the correct safety clothing and equipment.

* Ensure the production schedule is followed correctly.

* Ensure all operations follow company procedures.

* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.

* Manage the receipt of materials from suppliers.

* Plan and organize the supply of materials to the section.

* Investigate any issues and provide information to the production manager.

* Participate in disciplinary and motivational meetings with the team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment is essential.
