We are seeking an Additional Learning Support Administrator to join our clients team on a full-time basis until August. This role involves crucial administrative support within the educational sector, focusing on maintaining and updating student records and liaising with various teams to ensure compliance and safety.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the uploading and maintenance of student records.
- Liaise with the safeguarding team to address and update any incomplete records.
- Report any concerns to external agencies as required.
- Attend meetings with staff and external agencies to ensure all parties are informed and collaborative.
- Manage concerns by following established college procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with a proven ability to manage and update records efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with both internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to attend and contribute to meetings with various stakeholders.
- Strong teamworking skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in handling sensitive information and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
