This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, from home, with some travel required to assess and support learners at their workplaces. • Assessing learners' progress and performance in the workplace
• Providing coaching on the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours for apprenticeship standards
• Supporting learners in achieving their NVQ qualifications in Hospitality
• Maintaining up-to-date records of learners' progress and achievements
• Liaising with employers to ensure learners receive appropriate on-the-job training
• Attending regular training and CPD sessions to maintain occupational expertise
• Promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality
• Extensive vocational experience in high-end establishments (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie)
• Experience in preparing, cooking, and finishing a wide range of fresh, seasonal dishes
• Experience in both front of house and back of house roles
• Proficiency in preparing freshly cooked foods using various techniques, such as boning and filleting
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adhere to strict deadlines
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and independently manage workload

• Level 3 Teaching qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery
• BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
• Experience in the work-based learning or education environment
