Location: Richmond Role: Chemistry Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and challenging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).

* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for chemical concepts and reactions within Chemistry.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practice and enhance the Chemistry curriculum.

* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Chemistry.

* Potentially contribute to extracurricular Chemistry clubs or science-related projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Chemistry.

* Degree in Chemistry or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with A-Level experience being highly desirable.

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Chemistry.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make Chemistry engaging and accessible.
