Service Advisor
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic (DOE) + OTE £44,000 - £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
Location: Main dealership, Byfleet, Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent

This isn't a call-centre style role where you're just taking bookings.
You'll be the face of the service department advising customers, coordinating work with the workshop, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

This role has a genuinely achievable bonus structure. Last year, the junior Service Advisor earned £14,400 on top of their £30,000 basic and that's before progressing up the ladder.

You'll be working in a high-end dealership environment with a friendly, professional team who pull together to make sure customers leave impressed and come back again.

What's in it for you

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer experience desirable)

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once

Organised, accurate and driven to meet targets

Full UK driving licence
