Role

As a result of their continued success they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work on various refurbishment and interiors projects for a number of leading blue chip clients.

You will be working 2 days from home, with office/site visits.

Construction or commerical fit out background.

Responsibilities

You will be required to manage your own time, price projects, work from a schedule of rates, produce valuations, agree and authorise subcontractor payments, manage and organise projects and liaise directly with clients and bring new work opportunities
