HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for that next challenge and opportunity. We are recruiting for one of our Education Companies based in Bolton. Working a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for a 6-month fixed term contract. Paying an equivalent pro rata salary of £30K per year.

We are looking for an experienced professional ideally with experience within the social care / education sector. An initiative-taking candidate who can hit the ground running, overseeing a busy and changing workload.


What will you be doing as a HR Advisor ?

• You will be experienced as a HR Advisor
• Working directly with the HR Manager
• Used to working to high standards of quality and performance
• Providing expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures and best practice
• Manging employee relations issues
• Conducting investigations
• Mediating disputes, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
• Handle grievances and complaints
• Act as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations
• Advising on employee discipline, termination and accommodation requests
• Working with compliance with company policies and applicable laws

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• If you have experience in a HR Advisory setting and are immediately free for work
• We are looking for experience working in a larger organisation
• Someone who is used to working under pressure, working to deadlines
• Any experience within the education or social care sectors would be advantageous
• The role is going to be based 3 days in the office 2 days remotely so you will need to be able to access the Bolton site
• CIPD would be desirable but not essential
