The Role

As a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects while working closely with experienced engineers and consultants. The role will involve a balance of site work and technical reporting, providing excellent training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with Phase 1 Desk Studies and Phase 2 Ground Investigations
• Soil and groundwater sampling and logging on site
• Supporting contaminated land risk assessments
• Preparing factual and interpretative reports
• Assisting with data analysis and environmental assessments
• Liaising with contractors, clients, and the wider project team
• Ensuring work is completed in line with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

• A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in geoenvironmental and ground investigation work
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning
• Full UK driving licence
