Production Operative

Location: Bridgwater

Hours: Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm with a 1pm finish on a Friday

Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum + bonuses

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of all products.

*

Operate various production machinery, including weighing, mixing, and pressing equipment.

*

Set up tooling for production runs.

*

Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.

*

Carry out all operations as outlined in production paperwork and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

*

Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.

*

Work flexibly and be willing to be transferred to other production areas as needed.

*

Perform all work activities in accordance with health and safety requirements.

*

Maintain a high standard of punctuality and attendance.

*

Work well under the pressure of deadlines.
