Our client based in Great Dunmow are seeking the following :

Resin shop assembler / operativeTemp to permStart at £10.80 subject to experience, with scope of up to 11.00/hr.

Detail:

• Manufacturing job
• Day shift - 38hrs / week
• Follow written work instructions
• Follow Health and safety procedures – use of suits, gloves, respirators, safety shoes, local extraction
• Observe high level of cleanliness
• Weighing out and mix polyurethane and epoxy resin, hardener and fillers
• Clean and preparing metal moulds with care. Apply release agent and assembly.
• Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
• Follow detailed inspection procedure
• Sand blasting components
• Packing finished goods
• Sanding & polishing
• Good physically health
• Flexible approach to work in a fast paced environment to meet customer demands.
• Some machining experience may be beneficial

The hours of work are:Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.30. Friday 08.00 - #removed# min tea break in morning, 45 minute lunch from 12.30 and 10 min tea break in afternoon.Overtime is readily available on any hours worked in excess of the 38 weekly hours and paid at time and half.
