Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repair on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Ensure repairs and services are carried out to manufacturer and dealership standards
Accurately diagnose faults and report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance issues to the Service Manager
Adhere strictly to quality procedures and safety standards established by the dealership and manufacturer
Support alongside team members to meet daily targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used
Where applicable, perform MOT tests (full training provided for candidates without existing MOT license)Requirements:

Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability to produce high-quality work in a busy dealership environment
Be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
A current MOT license would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training is provided
