This is a key role focused on the purchasing of engineering components, materials, and consumables.Responsibilities:Purchase a wide range of rolling stock parts and consumablesexpedite outstanding orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryProcess orders accurately using Dynamics 365 Business CentralBuild strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliersSupport stock control and procurement reportingRequirements:Proven buying/procurement experience within an engineering or rail environmentHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is essentialStrong communication and supplier management skillsAble to hit the ground running and work to deadlinesImmediate availability preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term contract, with the potential to go permanent if desired.
