🏫 The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll deliver pre-set work, keep students on task, and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes across a range of subjects
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and conduct
Supporting the wider school team as needed

Confident communicators with a calm, professional manner
Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, coaching)
Graduates considering a career in teaching
Teaching Assistants or Learning Mentors looking to progress
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
