Building / Facilities Maintenance position available for a manufacturing facility in Suwanee, GA

Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends required. $30-$34 per hour 

Position is a DIRECT HIRE!

You will be responsible for overall facilities maintenance and management including all interior and exterior parts of the building and plant floor

Duties

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on facilities including basic plumbing, electrical and lighting, drywall repair, painting and HVAC
• Manage all aspects of preventative maintenance on facility equipment such as compressors, gates, dock systems and roll up doors
• Manage equipment and supply needs
• Maintain cleanliness of facility to include restrooms and offices
• Scheduling maintenance on fleet vehicles and maintaining proper documentation
• Documentation of  facility maintenance records
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance contractors
• Perform repairs on pressure washers, carts and furniture as well as assemble supplies used on the production floor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
• High School Diploma or GED
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification preferred
• Forklift certification a plus
