The Role:

Oversee SEND strategy and provision
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
Ensure high-quality support for all learners as the school SENDCo 
Lead training and development for staff on SEND best practice

What We're Looking For: 

QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
Experience working as a SENDCo in UK schools
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
