An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the MSK Team in the heart of Chelsea, London. This is a full-time, ongoing locum role offering a competitive hourly rate of £27.00 within a busy, high-quality outpatient service.

You will be working in a world-class clinical environment focused on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, receiving referrals from Trauma & Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain Management services. What You Will Do
  • Receive and manage referrals from Hospital Consultants in Trauma & Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain Management.

  • Assess and treat patients post-fracture and post-operatively, including:

    • ACL reconstructions

    • Joint arthroplasty

    • Foot & ankle surgery

    • Upper limb surgery

  • Manage both acute and rehabilitation phases of treatment in an outpatient setting.

  • Provide MSK treatment for staff members as required.

  • Work closely with a Band 7 Physiotherapist through weekly supervision and case discussion.

  • Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills and apply appropriate assessment and treatment techniques.

  • Manage a large and varied caseload independently and efficiently.

  • Ensure professional, legal, and ethical responsibilities of practice are upheld.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external professionals, even in challenging situations.
