Overview: This is a great opportunity for a H&S Advisor or H&S Coordinator to develop in a business that has a state-of-the-art factory. This is a brand-new role and offers progression for someone if they wish to develop in a business.

About You:

* As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will have a NEBOSH certificate.

* Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

* Have a strong character and resilience.

* Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level.

* Be open to learn and develop your skills.

What will you be doing?

* You will support the Health and Safety team and keep all the policies and legislation up to date.

* Risk assessments, policies and audit training.

* Administration of documentation ensuring legal compliance and communication.

* Input in near miss compile monthly trends by department.

* Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in.
