We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-owned precision engineering company based in Atherstone. Known for its supportive team environment and high-quality output, this business supplies into sectors such as automotive, rail, and general engineering — and is now looking to expand its skilled CNC team on the late shift.

🔧 The Role:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.

*

Working to tight tolerances to produce high-precision, low-volume components.

*

Reading and interpreting technical drawings with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

*

Collaborating with the wider team to meet production and quality targets.

🕒 Working Hours:

*

Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm - 2:00am

*

Thursday: 3:00pm - 12:00am
(39 hours per week over 4 days - enjoy 3-day weekends!)

💰 What's on Offer:

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + shift allowance

Negotiable rate depending on skills and experience

22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Proven experience as a CNC Miller

*

Confident programming with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls

*

Able to work from engineering drawings with minimal supervision

*

Reliable, quality-focused, and a team player
