Job Description

Creatuity is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Client Success Manager for our Richardson, Texas office. The right team member will monitor the overall health of our relationship with each merchant we serve and serve as a bridge between our Sales & Project Delivery teams. Day to day communication with each client is managed by the project manager assigned to the project, while our Client Success Manager focuses on the overall relationship between Creatuity and our clients. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Orient new clients as to our processes and their project plan
  • Soliciting renewals of ongoing support agreements 
  • Maintain open dialogue with client through email, phone, or onsite visits
  • Handle any financial, delivery, or personnel disputes with clients
  • Ensure deliverables meet client’s expectations
  • Communicate with Project Manager on any priority changes, especially those impacting budget or schedule
  • Occasional travel for tradeshow and event attendance (10-15% of the time)
  • Periodic surveys of client satisfaction during and after implementation
  • Communication of client feedback & testimonials to the Operations, Sales & Marketing teams
  • Present value-added and Phase 2 products & services for consideration and ongoing maintenance to increase client satisfaction and company revenues 
  • Evaluate and recommend to the Creatuity leadership team those projects worthy of award nomination and ecosystem recognition and assist the marketing team in the submission of those nominations
  • Complete and present client snapshots and case study recommendations to Magento on behalf of Creatuity
  • Manage Service recovery and conflict resolution
  • Work with our project management team leads to identify areas of potential improvement of our processes and personnel 

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Must be experienced working in a small office environment
  • Prefer at least two years of Client Success or Account Management experience
  • Highly personable and diplomatic demeanor
  • Experience working with Mac computers preferred
  • Proficient with computer systems and software, such as spreadsheets and email
  • Excellent written and spoken communication 
  • Great time management, including ability to multi-task and reprioritize

This is a full-time position. Must be able to work in our Richardson, Texas office Monday through Friday approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
