Focus Search and Selection have partnered with a reputable Chartered Financial Planner who is seeking a Team Support to join their growing team.
Overview
- To deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Private Client team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of client data and documentation.
- To uphold the integrity of client records by maintaining accurate, organized, and securely stored information across all relevant systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain client and financial information within the firm’s internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scan, upload, and correctly file documents in line with internal procedures and data management standards.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute documentation packs for client review meetings.
- Record and interpret client risk assessment data to assist advisers in determining appropriate investment strategies.
- Complete post-meeting administrative tasks in accordance with internal checklists and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to monitor and schedule upcoming client reviews, ensuring all associated records are current.
- Perform client due diligence and anti-money laundering checks for both individual and corporate clients.
- Produce and issue provider correspondence, such as letters of authority and change of agency requests, maintaining accurate logs of all related activity.
- Conduct policy and product analysis to support advisers in providing informed recommendations.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Private Client team, including handling correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Take ownership of professional development by maintaining up-to-date training records, tracking objectives, and recording progress.
