What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

• Supporting pupils to stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

• Helping with classroom preparation, setting up resources, and daily activities

• Reporting any concerns following safeguarding procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting

• DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

• Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
