Description
An HR Officer to:
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job advertisements and interviews.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular reports.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Provide training and support to managers on HR-related matters.
