The role

You'll be driving packaging optimisation and innovation across a wide range of chilled and frozen products.

Right now, the focus is clear: reduce packaging, improve efficiency, and cut costs across the supply chain — from factory to shelf.

You'll be:

Leading packaging reduction and cost-saving projects
Improving efficiency across formats, packing and logistics
Working closely with suppliers and internal teams
Managing your own projects end-to-end
Supporting a constant flow of product launches and changes

What they're looking for

Packaging experience within FMCG
Comfortable working across different materials and formats
Someone who can manage projects without being micromanaged
Organised, resilient, and able to deal with a fast-paced environment

If you need structure and a big team around you, this won't suit.

If you like autonomy and getting things done, it will.
