* Good verbal and written communicationn skills.

* Living within easy commute to Wixams
THE ROLE
* To make regular contact with existing clients
* Research and develop potential leads
* Building industry experience is NOT essential
TERMS
* Office based
* Part time role - minimum 10 hours per week
* Approx £15/hour
