We’re looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Environmental Consultant to take a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions across sectors including Energy, Aviation, Defence, Rail, Water, and Urban Development. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, influence project outcomes, and help create a greener, more resilient future.

Your Role

  • Lead and coordinate environmental workstreams, including EIA, options appraisals, and environmental management.
  • Drive sustainability and environmental performance across complex engineering projects.
  • Produce and review clear, high-quality reports and deliverables.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning new work.
  • Mentor junior team members and champion best practice.

About You

  • Degree/Master’s in an environmental or science discipline; Chartered status preferred.
  • Significant consultancy experience with strong knowledge of EIA processes.
  • Leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about delivering sustainable outcomes.
