The Role:

• Provide classroom support to students with a range of learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Support students with emotional and behavioural needs, promoting a positive and safe learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in enrichment activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working in SEN settings or with students who have additional needs.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting young people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students.
• Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
