Our primary business is the sub-contracting of employees employed through the Sterling Umbrella route within the construction industry as well as giving contractors the option to work through our self-employed route. Centre Park Resources are responsible for providing a professional, efficient and excellent service to all Sterling contractors.

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team.

The priority of this role is to work in unison with other members of the sales team and within Sterling to enhance and retain the professional status of Sterling and also promote our products and services with maximum impact on the market. As an Account Manager for new and existing business, you will have responsibility for maximising business with Sterling's “key recruitment agencies”, as well as visiting new clients, to sell the benefits of Sterling's services. 

Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Account manage a portfolio of recruitment agencies

- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients

- Increase business with portfolio by completing weekly sales calls with a minimum daily target

- Agency visits (as and when required)

- Maintaining contact information using the company's CRM system

- Working towards individual quarterly targets for both budget and forecast

- Customer Service for internal and external customers

- Sharing information regarding our clients with the sales managers and sales team

- Attending monthly sales management meetings to provide input on agency figures

Account Manager - Person Specification:


- A confident and professional telephone manner

- Previous sales experience with the ability to work in a target driven environment

- Ability to work to strict deadlines and to manage own workload

- Good MS office skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proven experience in a fast paced, pressurised role


- Experience within the temporary staffing / umbrella industries

- Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience
