Located in the Inglewood, CA Metro Office, the Project Coordinator will be the focal point for all customer contact, administrative support, and updates in the Southern California job queue.
-Call new customer s as their contracts arrive in the job queue within 1 business day
-Update customers with pending orders weekly and update notes in customer’s profile
-Liaise with the installation coordinator with installation due dates and update customers on pending requests
-Work with Southern California Real Estate Manager and Metro Manager in following up and filing of building access agreements
- 2+ years of experience as a customer service representative or project coordinator
-Good communication skills
-Reliable and Punctual
