What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the staff team to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
• Ensure all activities meet the needs of every child, in line with the EYFS framework.
• Uphold nursery policies and maintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with parents and carers to build strong, trusting relationships.
• Take the lead when the Nursery Manager is absent, maintaining consistency and high standards across the setting
