Role Overview

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across a busy manufacturing site. You'll work closely with production teams to keep machinery running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical reactive maintenance and fault‑finding
Drive board examination, fuse changes, parameter loading
PLC fault‑finding, part replacement, and program loading
Maintenance of AC, DC and Servo motors
Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules

Requirements

Experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent electrical qualification
Experience with extrusion machinery is desirable
Strong electrical fault‑finding skills across PLCs, motors, and control systems
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
