A friendly, well established, independent recruitment agency with exciting expansion plans for the future, is looking for either an experienced recruitment consultant or a candidate who would like to work in recruitment.

We are proud of our service, we work from an established client base. Many of our candidates and clients we have worked with for a number of years who trust us to have the ability to listen to their requirements and get it right.

As Recruitment Consultant, you will join a well-established team including high achievers who will be happy to share their knowledge and provide support.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Sourcing exceptional talent through posting job adverts, networking and head hunting using a variety of platforms.
• Screening candidates through phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure they are of top quality.
• Generating new business through cold calling and marketing
• Building relationships with candidates and clients to develop trust.
• Negotiating fees with new business.
• Ensuring your candidate receives the best package from the client.
• Developing a strong understanding of the market and changes throughout
• Outgoing, lively and good sense of humour
