Co-Working Centre Manager

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

Co –Working Centre Manager required for a City based property company.  Your primary duties include:

  • Oversee day to day management of co-working centres in the city including building maintenance, administration of service contracts and liaison with tenants
  • Liaise with local councils and government bodies to adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Liaison with, instruction and supervision of external agents, professional advisers and contractors.
  • Oversee landlord and tenant duties, controlling service charge expenditures, keeping diaries for lease events, checking compliance with lease obligations and current legislation and credit control.
  • Carry out regular inspections and prepare schedules of repair, specifications for works and costing for approval.
  • General admin duties such as ensuring smooth operation of the centres and security issues 
  • Manage expenditure against budget for each centre
  • Ensure insurance claims are being processed efficiently and correctly
  • Administration and updating of records (including computerised records).
