My client is a national organisation who due to a recent promotion is looking to recruit an Internal Sales professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will split your time between outbound sales activity (around 50% of your day) and supporting the Business Development Manager with quotes, admin, and client coordination. If you're someone who enjoys building rapport, keeping things organised, and playing a key part in a busy sales environment — this could be the ideal next step in your career.
The role:

Making outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads
Qualifying prospects and booking appointments for the external sales team
Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
Maintaining accurate CRM records and call notes
Supporting the BDM with quotes, proposals, and presentations
Processing sales orders and raising purchase orders
Liaising with production to track order status and lead times
Helping with invoicing, delivery queries, and general customer supportThe candidate:

Previous sales experience is essential preferably B2B
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward targets
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with quoting and invoicing systems
A desire to progress into a direct sales or account management roleIn return:
