Day-to-day of the role: - Provide teaching support across various departments, stepping in to cover absences and shortages.
- Manage your own work diary with the flexibility to choose when and where you work.
- Engage with young adults with SEND, facilitating learning and personal growth.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning in line with the Ofsted framework and external quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Must hold a Teaching qualification or Specialist Qualification.
- Experience working with young adults with SEND.
- Demonstrated success in a similar teaching role.
- Familiarity with the Ofsted framework and external quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting with staff and students at all levels.
- Highly motivated and proactive in promoting student engagement and success.
