As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied properties
Carpentry
Plumbing
Plastering
General multi-trade works
Completing repairs to a high standard in line with social housing requirementsI'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience within social housing or a similar maintenance environment
A full UK driving licence
Their own van and tools
The ability to commute to and from site reliably (within a 15-mile radius of Newcastle-under-Lyme)
Willingness to undergo a DBS checkThe role is offering the following benefits:
